Men’s Group

I offer a time-limited men’s group focused on emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

The group meets every other week for six sessions. The group is a combination of process and education. A theme is selected for the session. Conversation and exercises are focused in that direction.

Topics include: self-care, relationships, compassion, shame, and mindfulness. Groups are limited to six members.
